Education at LANXESS - since 15 Years
Promoting young talent is a matter especially close to our hearts. The perspective of our future lies in the innovative and creative minds of young generations.
Encouraging them to take an interest in chemistry or other natural sciences, and providing them with an insight into our working world at the same time, will therefore play a decisive role in ensuring that our company can continue on its successful path. LANXESS recognized this early on and launched the education initiative, which celebrates its 15th birthday this year.
Nina Hasenkamp is head of the education initiative and has been involved since the very beginning. Together with our partner schools and the Technical University of Cologne, she brings the fascination of chemistry closer to young people - and in many different ways, as she reports in the following interview.
