Antioxidants

A product line based on aminic and phenolic additives formulated to delay aging and extend the service life of lubricants by reducing oxidation.  These antioxidants are suitable for hydraulic and compressor oils, transmission, turbine engine and special oils and greases.

Corrosion Inhibitors

Based on sulfonates, carboxylates and partial esters these anti-corrosion inhibitors are formulated to protect surfaces against corrosion. Suitable for compressor, engine, transmission, turbine and gear oils, as well as metal working fluids and greases.

Antiwear

Antiwear additives and friction modifiers suitable for hydraulic and compressor oils, transmission oils, engine and gear oils, metalworking fluids and greases. These reduce direct metal-to-metal contact while improving surface smoothness and help to reduce friction and wear on metal to metal boundary surfaces.

Extreme-Pressure

A wide range of extreme-pressure additives based on sulfurized compounds such as fatty oils, fatty acids and/or olefins and esters. Available in light and dark, active and in-active, these additives enhance extreme-pressure characteristics, load-carrying capacity and protection against wear. Suitable for metalworking fluids, transmission and slide-way oils and greases.

Specialties

Three groups of specialties for particular requirements. 1) Synthetic ester and polymer additives to optimize affinity to different metal surfaces, such as stainless steel or aluminum.  2) Non-ferrous metal deactivators with EP properties designed to reduce corrosion and aging, improve lubricity and load-carrying properties.  3) Water-soluble additives to enhance lubricity, EP performance and provide protection against corrosion.

Additive Packages

Additive packages with combinations of extreme-pressure, anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives as well as antioxidants consisting of a variety of carefully matched components to correspond to specific application standards. Applications include ashless and ash-containing hydraulic oils, emulsifying and detergent hydraulic oils, industrial gear oils, slideway oils, greases and metal working fluids.
